The Snus Life
The Snus Life: marketing and creative, brought in-house
Full ownership of marketing and creative for a nicotine pouch retailer: a creative engine built from the ground up, a US launch, a site that pays for itself, and the plan for what comes next.
The Snus Life had been working with an external agency and wanted more than an agency could give it: a team that owned the whole picture, from the first brief to the last report. When they moved on, we took full ownership of marketing and creative and brought everything in-house.
That meant building the brand's creative engine from the ground up. A Figma-led template system turns studio packshots around in minutes rather than days. An AI-driven pipeline produces lifestyle and scene creative without a shoot for every idea. A structured testing framework runs both through Meta, Google and Snapchat, so the assets that win are the ones that get the budget.
Everything in-house. Built to scale.
We led the brand's expansion into the United States with a twenty-concept creative programme. Nicotine is a tightly regulated category and the rules differ by market, so every concept was built around strict compliance from the first sketch: what could be shown, what could be said, and where it could run.
Then we turned the site itself into a revenue channel. The paid Web Partner Package gives third-party brands placement across the homepage, the newsletters, the blog and the seasonal campaigns, with one package to buy and one team to deal with.
Alongside the day-to-day, we set the direction for the platform's next stage: a move to a custom headless stack, with one core serving the direct-to-consumer storefront and B2B wholesale alike, built for growth on both sides.
One team. The whole picture.
From packshot templates to the platform roadmap, the brand's marketing now runs on one engine, owned by one team.
